Get help

In the app, tap your picture at the top of Chats, then Help and feedback. Your message goes straight to our team. You can also email support@accchat.com.

Report someone

Open the chat, tap their name, then Report. You choose a reason and which recent messages to include. Our safety team sees only what you send. You can also block them from the same screen.

Delete your account

In the app:

1. Tap your picture at the top of Chats.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type the email address it shows to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away. You leave every chat, nobody can find or message you, your phone is erased and your other devices are signed out. We delete your sign-in details, passkeys, chat backups and any messages waiting for you. Copies in our own backups expire within 35 days. People you chatted with keep their own copies of past messages.

Can't get into the app? Email support@accchat.com from the address you sign in with, or tell us how you sign in. We'll confirm it's your account and delete it within 30 days.
